The Kink House
February 15, 2011
The guys have moved on from The Kink House and are doing different things. The Dude is spending time with me and our friends from Baltimore but will soon be on the road again. Tra-la-la.
The Dude Q&A
January 27, 2011
ESPN asked My Dude a few questions. Click here.
I'm so over this blogging bullshit. I'm over the internet and how information is readily available. I want to see articles in magazines. I want to see runway shows on the Style Network like I used to in the wee hours of the morning. I'm still making bread in the kitchen and wearing dresses from the 50s. I've always longed for what-once-was but it's getting heavy. I can't wait for the internet to crash and burn. Then we can go back to a time when none of us knew each other and none of us cared.
Somebody call the wambulance.
Big Kink Edit

The Dude's part is 5-minutes in, but you should definitely watch the whole thing. He gets in on Saturday to shred for a couple months in California! Yayy.

Alright, last post about Rochester
July 09, 2010
I really wanted this photo to turn out, but the combination of my alcohol level, standing on a plastic chair, and being held up by an Englishman made it turn out like this:

Luckily, someone else captured the moment a milisecond after.

Amazing.

More of the weekend in Rochester
July 08, 2010
All of the girls took pictures this weekend and they've slowly surfaced on Facebook over the last few days. And every time, it makes me sadder and sadder because I already miss 'em.

There are a bunch of blurry photos from JIW's digital point-and-shoot that I'm pretty sure Aaron took. Why they are blurry, I haven't a clue. Perhaps it was a direct reflection on his view of the night.
Still, awesome weekend.

Sick Sick Sicks
July 05, 2010
The Dude and I got back from Rochester yester-evening and have been loungin' since we got back. The drive + the night before made me too tired to partake in 4th of July festivities, which was fine with me. The few days in Rochester was one of the best times I've had in a while. It's so strange how "serious"/BORING my life has become in the last two years. School + work + schoolwork + going to CA any chance I get gives me no time to play like it's 1999.
The best part of the weekend was getting to know complete strangers. I thought the weekend was going to be me sitting, watching The Dude play with his dudes but it was more of a family affair. Conversations with dudes, sharing wine with a legend, playing with girls.. the weekend was too good. I took flicktures:

It's been a while since I've taken photos and I'm stoked to have taken a camera up to Rochester. The 6-hour drive with The Dude was insanely beautiful through Pennsylvania. Mini-road trips always make me happy because I love driving so much and I might need some more in the near future.
Good times.
