The best part of going home is the food. There is none like it anywhere. This is Japanese ramen which is not your average ramen. The broth is pork based and slightly oily, but the noodles are the perfect consistency. I am also in love with caviar/roe. I can eat smelt roe by the spoonfull. These giant fish eggs are salmon roe on sweet Japanese rice. They also give you this warm, salty, marinated hard-boiled egg... just in case this isn't enough food. And then I wash it all down with Oi Ocha.

Being azn is soo cool!
