On the way back from Mammoth, I asked my dad if he could buy me a nice dinner. We went to our spot and sat at the sushi bar together. My mom happened to be in the restaurant having Korean food with her friends and would run over to eat MY Japanese food.
Those little black circles on my plate are snails. The orange brain-looking stuff is sea urchin. We also had abalone and the white part of tuna, which is supposed to be the most expensive part of the fish. When I order the sashimi plate with my dad, the sushi man never gives us the red part of tuna and any salmon because those are the cheapest fish. But sometimes I miss the red salmon and salmon because it's good :( My favorittteee: yellow tail. Yummiest, butteriest fish evar.
