"Chicken" cacciatore like I said I would make. I've never really been a big fan of quotation meats, but the Dude is into it so I compromise. It was delicious. Quorn has some really great fake meat products, by the way. It's meat-free and soy-free, which was strange to me at first, but after researching futher, Quorn uses "mycoprotein", which is supposed to be all natural or something.
I don't have my digicam on me, so I've been using iPhone for everything as of late. Sorry if the quality of my photos have been sub par.
