I've been looking for a really great homestyle Italian cookbook for a few months--recipes that aren't fancy but classic and pure. Debi Mazar and her Tuscan husband have a show on the Cooking Channel and the recipes are exactly what I've been looking for. The way they cook, in LA, is so honest and simple.. I feel somewhat complete and at ease now that I've found this. And honestly, I don't need a cookbook because that's not the way I like to learn. I love to watch and see the way people move and use food. I'm in love.
