This is installed in the basemen of the Hirschorn and is SO beautiful. 12 minutes. Wonderful. I can't explain how beautifully grotesque it was. If you can find it on the web, do it. If not, make your way to DC.

PS The Meyerhoff's have a Selected Works show of their contemporary collection up at the East Wing of the National Gallery that is also phenomenal. They need to open up a private collections museum because they have too much work that is sitting in storage. That show is amazing and is up 'til May. I mean, come on. I've never seen a black Rothko in real life. I almost cried.
