I've been searching for the perfect cornbread recipe for probably 5 years. After many, many recipes and alterations, I've come up with this magical goodness. Those that know me know that I can't go to Whole Foods without getting the cornbread there. I lurv it. Too much. And there are many different kinds of cornbread: spicy, fancy, dense, cakey, sweet.. and a little bit sweet is what I like.
