d'Anjou pears



Growing up Korean, we never had normal pears. We had asian pears. So when I picked up a "white people pear" (as I have named them to The Dude) last week, I was surprised that it was SO SOFT. Why on earth would I want a crunchy Asian pear when I can have a d'Anjou pear? Holy moly revelation!
