With the weather this cold, it's hard not to just throw on a sweatshirt and a gigantic coat to keep you warm. However, I have mastered the art of secret layering. Thermals or Hot Chilly's underneath sweaters and turtlenecks allows for a light look without being bundled up and puffy. I've been on the east coast for five winters and I feel like I am just starting to get the hang of it.
